Our lovely staff will welcome you and ask you to fill out our detailed questionnaire on a tablet. By completing this questionnaire, our innovative RemediCool software can determine your customised and individual treatment time for a safe and optimised experience in our cold chamber. The software takes into account various factors to calculate your session time, while also providing information on the recommended frequency of use.
Upon request, we will provide you with personal access to our free RemediCool App. There you can view your calculated treatment time, repetition rate as well as other exciting features with many benefits for you. After the treatment, we are more than willing to explain to you in detail the many functions of the remarkable RemediCool cold chamber software and app.
Once the software has determined your application time, our knowledgeable staff will conduct a detailed consultation with you and answer any questions you may have.
The changing room is strategically located directly in front of our cold chamber, so you can change in peace and prepare for the treatment. Secure storage areas are available for your clothing, jewellery and valuables, which are always in view. Here you will also find a comfortable place to sit if you are accompanied.
Once all questions have been clarified, our staff members will leave the changing room so that you can put on your treatment clothes in peace. For the session, please bring short sportswear or underwear without metal or metallic elements. To protect sensitive body areas, we recommend that you wear gloves and a cap or headband, especially for the first treatment. We will provide you with a medical mouthguard for the treatment.
During your initial treatment, one of our staff members will be present so you can communicate with them if needed. In combination with the RemediCool software we have developed a multimedia experience to make your treatment a highlight.
The system will help you relax and breathe deeply during your stay in the cold chamber. Remain calm and relaxed and enjoy the feeling of the cold on your skin.
At the end of your individual treatment time, you are free to leave the cabin. Take the opportunity to breathe deeply and focus your attention on the sensation after the treatment. This pleasant feeling of well-being will accompany you in a comfortable way for several hours. You will feel how your body processes the treatment, so it is important to support your body and drink enough fluids.
